Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are scheduled for a lash appointment please come with clean/makeup free lashes. If you are receiving a facial, please come in free of any makeup and mascara. If you are running late please let us know. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged for the full cost of the service. 

 

Changing or Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or change your appointment time. 

 

Cancellation- for lashes and facials

You will receive a reminder text for your upcoming appointment. If that day or time does not work for you anymore please provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel or to reschedule your appointment. Any appointment changed in less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service. A no call no show will be charged the full price of the service. We understand that things do come up and sickness can occur, therefore a one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the cancellation policy will stand. 

 

Fill vs full set

We recommend coming in for your lash fills every 2-3 weeks. In order to get your lashes to the desired look during your fill appointment, we require you to have at least 60 extensions on each eye (50%) to be considered a fill. Anything less than that can be considered a full set. We want you to leave every appointment with the best results, this requires the proper amount of time to get your lashes filled. Coming in with minimal extensions on each eye will not give us the proper amount of time to get your lashes back to a full set.

 

Refund

We do not offer refunds on services provided. If you are unhappy with the outcome of the service please contact us within 72 hours. We will do anything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your service! We offer a complimentary 30 minute lash fix within the first week after your appointment if you have any issues regarding your lash extensions. A wax touch up can be done up to 3 days after your appointment.
